What: Chart mapping who’s Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed for each task within a project.

Who: Origin is a bit unclear, but it’s a widely used project management tool.

Why: Prevents confusion, holds people accountable, streamlines communication, and avoids dropped balls for entrepreneurs with teams.

When: At the start of any project with multiple contributors.

How:

1. 1. List project tasks down the left side.
   2. List team members across the top.
   3. Assign R, A, C, or I to each person for each task. Note: only ONE person can be Accountable.
