  • Diverse Feedback Channels: Safe ways to report issues so they can’t be swept under the rug.
  • Representation Matters: Leadership, marketing materials…do they reflect the world beyond your office walls?
  • Continuous Improvement: Inclusion efforts are never finished. Seek input, review policies regularly.
