Who: Origin is unclear, but it’s a variation on classic SWOT analysis.

Why: Pushes entrepreneurs beyond mere “listing” to strategizing and taking action.

When: Whenever you want to turn a SWOT-style analysis into concrete next steps.

How:

1. 1. Identify items under each category (Needs, Opportunities, etc.).
   2. For each item, ask “What action should I take?”
   3. Prioritize actionable items and create your plan.
