Do This, Instead:
- Prioritize ruthlessly: Focus on the tasks that only YOU can do and bring in the most revenue.
- Automate when possible: Find tools to streamline repetitive tasks (email, social media, etc.).
- Outsource strategically: Can you afford to hire out basic things like bookkeeping or cleaning?
- Embrace the chaos (a little): Be kind to yourself. Perfect is the enemy of done, especially early on.
