Nobody cares about your FEATURES. They care about how you solve their PROBLEMS.
Many entrepreneurs get stuck talking about themselves, their product, their journey…yawn.
- Focus on the transformation: What will your customer’s life/business look like AFTER using your thing?
- Pain points are persuasive: Agitate the problem they already feel, then offer your thing as the relief.
- Social proof sells: Testimonials, case studies, before/afters…let the results do the convincing.
- Data beats fluff: Quantify success whenever possible (“increased sales by X%” is stronger than “boosted sales”)
- Tell the story: People connect emotionally, then justify with logic. Your brand narrative matters.
- Objections are opportunities: Don’t dread them, they reveal where you need to persuade harder.
